Cancelaci\u00f3n de sesiones y servicios<\/span><\/b><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 19.2pt; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #808285; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ligatures: none; mso-fareast-language: ES;\">Ana Gonz\u00e1lez Echevarr\u00eda se reserva el derecho a cambiar de fecha, suspender o cancelar una sesi\u00f3n o actividad equivalente presencial por razones de fuerza mayor as\u00ed como razones debidamente justificadas, entre las que se incluye que no haya suficientes personas inscritas lo cual se especificar\u00e1 en las condiciones particulares de cada curso o conferencia o actividad equivalente presencial, o si los formadores no pueden asistir por problemas de salud, previo aviso a los perjudicados.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 19.2pt; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #808285; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ligatures: none; mso-fareast-language: ES;\">Ana Gonz\u00e1lez Echevarr\u00eda se compromete a notificar el cambio de fecha o la cancelaci\u00f3n de la sesi\u00f3n o actividad equivalente presencial en un plazo m\u00ednimo 36 horas antes de la fecha prevista para la referida sesi\u00f3n o actividad equivalente presencial cancelada, salvo aquellos casos en que la cancelaci\u00f3n se produzca por causa de fuerza mayor o caso fortuito que Ana Gonz\u00e1lez Echevarr\u00eda, no hubiera podido prever ni evitar al ser por motivos ajenos a Ana Gonz\u00e1lez Echevarr\u00eda.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 19.2pt; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; vertical-align: baseline;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #808285; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ligatures: none; mso-fareast-language: ES;\">9.1. Cancelaci\u00f3n por causa de fuerza mayor<\/span><\/b><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 19.2pt; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #808285; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ligatures: none; mso-fareast-language: ES;\">Si la cancelaci\u00f3n es por causa de fuerza mayor o caso fortuito, que Ana Gonz\u00e1lez Echevarr\u00eda no haya podido prever ni evitar y que est\u00e9 fuera de su control Ana Gonz\u00e1lez Echevarr\u00eda, podr\u00e1 a su criterio establecer nueva fecha para la celebraci\u00f3n de la sesi\u00f3n o actividades equivalentes presenciales, por lo que ser\u00e1 v\u00e1lida la misma reserva, sin que Ud. pueda reclamar la devoluci\u00f3n del importe.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 19.2pt; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #808285; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ligatures: none; mso-fareast-language: ES;\">Al no ser el responsable de la cancelaci\u00f3n, Ana Gonz\u00e1lez Echevarr\u00eda, no tiene la obligaci\u00f3n de la devoluci\u00f3n el importe abonado.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 19.2pt; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; vertical-align: baseline;\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #808285; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ligatures: none; mso-fareast-language: ES;\">10. De igual modo, entiende tambi\u00e9n que s\u00f3lo un m\u00e9dico puede reducir, modificar o eliminar la medicaci\u00f3n y los tratamientos con arreglo a los progresos de mi salud. Se le hace saber que no se ingresa ni se extrae nada del organismo del consultante\/cliente y que tampoco se utiliza aparato alguno que pueda da\u00f1ar o alterar tejidos o c\u00e9lulas.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 19.2pt; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #808285; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ligatures: none; mso-fareast-language: ES;\">Ana Gonz\u00e1lez Echevarr\u00eda, NO ES M\u00c9DICO y en dicha t\u00e9cnica descrita, NO se prescribe ninguna medicaci\u00f3n ni preparado alguno. NO se modifica o elimina el tratamiento m\u00e9dico que usted siga, ni se interviene en los consejos de su m\u00e9dico autorizado. \u00danicamente se procuran atender distorsiones a nivel energ\u00e9tico y mediante masaje manual. El consultante\/cliente no necesita desvestirse para estas sesiones y puede relajarse tranquilamente durante la sesi\u00f3n sin efectos secundarios o colaterales y queda claro que las t\u00e9cnicas utilizadas no son t\u00e9cnicas invasivas o iatrog\u00e9nicas.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 19.2pt; line-height: normal; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #808285; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ligatures: none; mso-fareast-language: ES;\">Bajo ning\u00fan concepto utilice las referencias aportadas en las sesiones como diagn\u00f3stico m\u00e9dico tradicional y si lo hace es su responsabilidad.
